Sisterhood

Temple Beth Or's Sisterhood members are devoted to Judaism and strengthening the bond of unity between Jewish women. Members sponsor activities which support the Congregation, Religious School, and Youth Programs. The Sisterhood's monthly programs are well attended and every member takes pride in the many Sisterhood accomplishments.  Sisterhood usually meets the first Tuesday evening of the month and, on special occasions, Sunday morning.

Men's Club

Temple Beth Or's Men's Club provides a friendly, social atmosphere for its members while programming to achieve important congregational and community goals... from fun to fundraising. The Men's Club meets bi-monthly, generally on a Sunday morning.

The Mitzvah Group

The Mitzvah Group began with the mission of visiting the sick, calling and visiting shut-ins, and communicating with the bereaved.  The  chairperson and committee are very sensitive and caring.  They provide cards at hospitals if someone is sleeping or down for a test.  Also, the Mitzvah Group suggest a token gift, such as a newspaper, a flower, et. al. when paying a visit.
